Project Budget and Timelines

Funding is available for start-up costs for repeat applicants. All applicants can submit invoices for up to 75% of costs incurred throughout the project with the final 25% being paid out upon project completion and evaluation. Fill out the table below to describe specific steps, timelines and budgets. Applications can be submitted at any time before November 1, 2010 and projects must be completed by December 31, 2010. A maximum of $2000 per project will be granted.

Final Project Documentation and Evaluation

A project summary report is required before the full grant amount can be released. RDKS will provide you with a template to use. The template will compare the project execution with the original proposal and document the success of the project. All project summaries will be compiled and be available for public viewing - photos and other graphics are encouraged.
