In general terms, the intent is to do a site-specific text amendment of the Thornhill Zoning Bylaw No. 194 to permit three additional dwelling units in the RM1 – Four Family Residential zone.
The purpose of the rezoning is to legitimize the additional units in the existing building on the subject property only. The subject property is located at 2382 Thornhill Street.
Anyone wishing to provide input regarding this application are requested to do so in writing to the Regional District Board via email at [email protected], or by letter, mailed or delivered to 300-4545 Lazelle Avenue, Terrace, BC, V8G 4E1 no later than 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
