Bylaw Enforcement Request Form 

Is there a property in your neighbourhood with an unsightly accumulation of derelict vehicles and disused materials that you would like to see cleaned up? Please complete a formal Bylaw Enforcement Request. The Bylaw Enforcement Officer will review the submission and will be in contact if any further information is required.

Noise Disturbance

Noise disturbances often occur outside of our operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. If a noise disturbance is occurring after hours or on a statutory holiday, please contact the non-emergency line for your local RCMP detachment for assistance.  Otherwise, please complete a formal Bylaw Enforcement Request. The Bylaw Enforcement Officer will review the submission and will be in contact if any further information is required.

We have two Bylaws that address noise disturbances:

If you live in Thornhill or Copperside and have an issue with a dog who is barking, roaming at large or is aggressive please provide information for follow up.

Illegal Dumping

Illegal dumping is an issue that is managed by the Province of BC.  In most cases the illegal dumping has occurred on road allowances or 'crown' land. Please report all suspected incidents of unlawful dumping to the RAPP Line.
